I just got mine today, and I can kinda wear my headphones. I have the large bose headphones, so they cover my ear completely with a big foam ring. I can wear the headphones for maybe a couple minutes at a time before it starts getting uncomfortable, but overall, the pain is very very low compared to my last cartilage piercing.

i agree with ennaerb01, i just got mine done and the second hole f'n hurt like hell but it was worth it :D

I got mine done earlier this week & i barely felt it at all... ok maybe just a little but seriously it felt lie small pinch pain level 2/10 that being an inexperienced piercer with just 2 sets of lobes but it wuz over before i knew it if u want this piercing i say get it not bad at all

i have my cartilage done, three normal piercings in both my ears and my nose done. I just got my industrial today, my piercer did it with two needles... i must say it probably was the worst piercing i've had. The second hole KILLS, but afterward it really doesn't hurt unless you hit it or something.. i reaallllyy like it, and the piercing itself is honestly not that bad at all.
